Digital is here!
The digital membership card is a pilot program being tested in Area 8. Those in the pilot group have committed to utilizing the digital membership card on their smartphone at every opportunity that they would utilize their paper membership card.
Participants will also provide our technical team feedback and suggested improvements through an online survey that will be emailed to participants at regular intervals.
For example: We will expect you to present your digital card when asked for on entry to your home lodge or while visiting another lodge, when asked for by the bartender in any social quarters, or when asked during regular lodge meeting(s).
We ask that you report any errors or issues via that form link above or via email if necessary to digitalcard@discoverelks.org.
DO NOT contact the Grand Lodge Secretary's office or Grand Lodge IT with any questions or problems with the digital membership card!
Grand Lodge has authorized this pilot program, they are not working on the pilot program and will not be able to help you with any part of it.
